840 Farm
We are 840 Farm a small, first generation, family owned farm in Waxahachie. We specialize in Mangalitsa Pork also know as the Kobe Beef of Pork, the Wolly Pig, or the Olive Oil Oinker. This beautiful animal was originally imported to the States from Hungary 15 years. This rare breed heritage pig is known by chefs around the world for it’s exquisite flavor profile and incredible delicious and delicate fat content. We supply all the traditional pork cuts such as pork chops, pork butts(shoulders), and Bacon. We also pair ourselves with specialty butchers to occasionally provide our customers with rare, hard to find cuts such as the Coppa Steak, or Collar Steak. In addition to frozen Mangalitsa pork cuts, we also carry a full line of Mangalitsa, Texas Made Salami such as Sopprassata and Nduja. We also carry several exquisite whole muscle salami like Coppacola and Guanciale.
Avery’s Savory Popcorn
Avery’s Savory Popcorn is made daily at our downtown Dallas store. We never outsource our popcorn, so you’ll always get a fresh, crunchy—never stale or chewy—treat every time.
Dallas-based, woman-owned and – operated store offers fresh gourmet popcorn made in small batches on-site daily. Our family of popcorn connoisseurs began dreaming of owning a gourmet popcorn store. We studied local, regional, and national markets, and taste-tested popcorn all over the country.
The Avery family tradition of community service extends to our company too. At the end of each day, we donate our excess popcorn to The Stewpot, a nonprofit organization that provides 1,000 meals per day to residents who do not have permanent homes.

We’re a veteran family-owned, no pesticides, non-GMO, hand-grown, microgreen farm in Fate, Texas!
Microgreens are one of nature’s best gifts to us! These baby greens are packed with minerals, vitamins, and flavors, – up to 100x more than their mature counterparts! Just one handful is all you need to add a punch to any toast, salad, or smoothie. We started growing vegetables and microgreens for our family due to a health scare. Eating a variety of microgreens and whole food have been life changing for us. We started offering them to our friends and family, and the rest is history! We grow all our microgreens and herbs with organic coco coir and soil, premium organic seeds, and with filtered water.

It currently comes in three flavor varieties offered in individual 12-ounce packages: *Original – where the story started, this flavor variety includes pecan and walnuts, dried fruit, brown sugar and of course love *Original Vegan – for those who love the OG, but have a dietary restriction or personal preference that eliminates animal products; made with the same loving goodies and goodness as the original. *Naked – so you don’t like nuts or fruit, no problem! Do you have a gluten allergy, no problem. This flavor variety is simplified to elevate the profile of the natural rolled oats, maple syrup and the taste of home.

At Honey Apple Farms, we produce and package the finest raw Texas Honey. Our bees produce a flavorful, sweet, and delicate honey. In addition to our pure ‘QUEEN’ line of honey, we also have started infusing our honey with natural flavors like hibiscus, bourbon, blueberry, lemon, peach, and cinnamon. Our infused honeys are a real treat and elevate any recipe.
Howell Extracts
Howell Extracts, LLC is a small business based in Dallas, Texas making premium 100% pure vanilla extracts, vanilla sugar, and vanilla finishing salt. No artificial coloring, flavors or additives are used. Our vanilla is all natural and handmade in small batches using gourmet black, whole-bean vanilla. Every extract is aged and finished using medium-toasted White Oak from California’s Napa Valley area. Our extracts are hand-bottled containing a vanilla bean and vanilla caviar.

Mast Produce Urban Farm
Mast Produce Urban Farm is a small-scale microgreens, mushroom, and edible flower farm located in North Dallas. We are a verified veteran small business who grows delicious and nutritious produce for customers and restaurants while keeping our environmental goals in sight. All of our microgreens are grown in real organic soil which develops a superior taste and does not impact the environment like other growing methods. We then deliver our products in containers made from bioplastic or cardboard – both of which can be recycled and composted. We also only sell to a small area close to the farm lowering the amount of emissions produced from farm to mouth.

Paula Lambert fell in love with fresh mozzarella in Italy and decided to bring the art of cheese making home to Texas. Since 1982, her tiny factory in downtown Dallas has made award-winning cheeses the old- fashioned way – by hand. Our cheesemakers practice the art of cheese making to ensure that every bite exceeds your expectations. The Newton Co
We wanted to start eating better but didn’t want to give up our favorite condiments, like hot sauce. After years of searching for high-quality condiments, we decided to create our own so that we would know the ingredients and limit processed sugar and salt. Our first product was our Southern Pepper Sauce – Sassy Sauce, which became an immediate cult favorite. After the success of Sassy Sauce, we decided to take a leap of faith and set about creating a line of pantry foods with the same quality standards and fresh ingredients that helped us get started. 10 years later, we’ve learned that it takes crazy courage to try something new, but God said it, and we believe it, and we’re still making great food for great people!

Raised Wild Texas
We raise certified black angus cattle for beef. All of our cattle is raised on our ranch, we do not out-source any cattle for our beef. The cattle are raised on regenerative ranching practices and we never use any herbicides. pesticides, or any other chemicals on the land. The cattle are 100% grass fed and grass finished and are hormone free, antibiotic free, and vaccine free. Our beef is dry-aged for 28 days. We sell individual steaks, ground beef, beef sausage, and beef bones. All of our products are frozen, vacuum sealed, and individually packaged.
Restorative Farms
Restorative Farms (RF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to establishing a sustainable, well-managed, economically viable urban farm system in Dallas, Texas. Our replicable community “agri-system” model aims to serve local communities in food deserts by providing access to fresh, ethically sourced food. Along with this, RF offers professional training and employment opportunities, fostering economic empowerment and community development.
100% of Restorative Farms (RF) revenue is reinvested to pay for our farmers vocational training in South Dallas &/or to help lower cost of RF’s community weekly veggie boxes to neighbors with low access to fresh food.

Smith Ranch Pecans
Pecans shelled and bagged in 1-pound bags. All pecans were planted by Norman and Janet Smith over the past 20-plus years. We have over 400 trees in different varieties including Pawnee, Hopi, Waco, Sioux, and Kanza. We water with a drip system from our wells as needed. All trees were originally purchased from Womack’s tree farm near Dublin, TX. They grow approximately 5 years before they begin to produce.

At Stoke Cold Pressed Juice, we are passionate about creating the freshest, most nutrient-dense juices using only organic produce, sourced locally whenever possible. We are committed to reducing food waste by prioritizing cosmetically imperfect fruits and vegetables that would otherwise be discarded. Each 16 oz bottle packs in 2-3 lbs of organic produce, delivering a powerhouse of on-the-go nutrition. The RX Tea Shop was founded by Michelle and James Embler in the Spring of 2021. Michelle was raised in a traditional Afro-Caribbean family, where herbs were used as remedies for everyday ailments, after marrying James she tried to introduce him to the habit of drinking tea for wellness, but he found the herbal teas currently on the market to be unappetizing. After years of creating their own blends (to meet Michelle’s need for tea to be functional, and James’ need for tea to be delicious) The RX Tea Shop was born.
