840 Farm
We are 840 Farm a small, first generation, family owned farm in Waxahachie. We specialize in Mangalitsa Pork also know as the Kobe Beef of Pork, the Wolly Pig, or the Olive Oil Oinker. This beautiful animal was originally imported to the States from Hungary 15 years. This rare breed heritage pig is known by chefs around the world for it’s exquisite flavor profile and incredible delicious and delicate fat content. We supply all the traditional pork cuts such as pork chops, pork butts(shoulders), and Bacon. We also pair ourselves with specialty butchers to occasionally provide our customers with rare, hard to find cuts such as the Coppa Steak, or Collar Steak. In addition to frozen Mangalitsa pork cuts, we also carry a full line of Mangalitsa, Texas Made Salami such as Sopprassata and Nduja. We also carry several exquisite whole muscle salami like Coppacola and Guanciale.
And I Like It Cheesecakes
And I Like It is a low-carb bakery that specializes in producing its own sugar substitutes free from chemicals, artificial ingredients, and synthetic products. They use these clean sugar substitutes to make mini, gluten-free cheesecakes, candied pecans, and protein fudge.
Avery’s Savory Popcorn
Avery’s Savory Popcorn is made daily at our downtown Dallas store. We never outsource our popcorn, so you’ll always get a fresh, crunchy—never stale or chewy—treat every time.
Dallas-based, woman-owned and – operated store offers fresh gourmet popcorn made in small batches on-site daily. Our family of popcorn connoisseurs began dreaming of owning a gourmet popcorn store. We studied local, regional, and national markets, and taste-tested popcorn all over the country.
The Avery family tradition of community service extends to our company too. At the end of each day, we donate our excess popcorn to The Stewpot, a nonprofit organization that provides 1,000 meals per day to residents who do not have permanent homes.

We’re a veteran family-owned, no pesticides, non-GMO, hand-grown, microgreen farm in Fate, Texas!
Microgreens are one of nature’s best gifts to us! These baby greens are packed with minerals, vitamins, and flavors, – up to 100x more than their mature counterparts! Just one handful is all you need to add a punch to any toast, salad, or smoothie. We started growing vegetables and microgreens for our family due to a health scare. Eating a variety of microgreens and whole food have been life changing for us. We started offering them to our friends and family, and the rest is history! We grow all our microgreens and herbs with organic coco coir and soil, premium organic seeds, and with filtered water.

Dark Arts Chocolates specializes in locating the finest cocoa beans from around the world and making single origin chocolates including vegan dark chocolate, mocha chocolate, spicy chili chocolate, and a non-vegan milk chocolate. We dip Oreos, pretzels, Honeycomb confections, and brittles in the chocolates and also make chocolate baked goods including brownies, cookies and other weekly products from inspirations and food trends to keep the fun and excitement in chocolate alive and thriving! We’re a 4th generation family ranch an hour and a half south of Dallas bringing you grass fed, grass finished beef. We raise heritage breed Red Poll cattle with low-stress handling using regenerative agriculture methods to ensure our family ranch is sustainable to last the next 4 generations.

Howell Extracts, LLC is a small business based in Dallas, Texas making premium 100% pure vanilla extracts, vanilla sugar, and vanilla finishing salt. Smith Ranch Pecans
Pecans shelled and bagged in 1-pound bags. All pecans were planted by Norman and Janet Smith over the past 20-plus years. We have over 400 trees in different varieties including Pawnee, Hopi, Waco, Sioux, and Kanza. We water with a drip system from our wells as needed. All trees were originally purchased from Womack’s tree farm near Dublin, TX. They grow approximately 5 years before they begin to produce.
